Refund Policy

1. Donations

OMNI is a nonprofit organization recognized as tax-exempt under Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code. Donations are generally non-refundable and are used to support our mission and programs.

2. Refund Requests

Refunds may be considered on a case-by-case basis under limited circumstances, including:

  • Duplicate or erroneous donations

  • Processing errors

  • Unauthorized transactions

Requests must be submitted in writing within thirty (30) days of the donation date.

3. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please provide:

  • Donor name

  • Date and amount of the donation

  • Reason for the refund request

Approved refunds will be issued using the original method of payment whenever possible.

4. Donation Acknowledgements

If a donation acknowledgement has already been issued, it may need to be voided or corrected before a refund can be processed, in accordance with IRS requirements.

5. Event or Program Fees (If Applicable)

Refund terms for event registrations or program fees will be communicated at the time of registration or payment.
